Halloween on Balboa Island is a festive time & place to
celebrate one of California's favorite holidays. A skeleton
couple sit in lawn chairs eating junk food under the California
sunshine. Balboa Island is one of the best places to wander and
look at Halloween decorations in Southern California's Orange
County.
Take a ride on the Balboa Ferry by foot, then walk the island
along the Bayfront path in front of the waterfront homes so you
can take full advantage seeing the decor. When you arrive at
Marine Ave., be sure to wander the downtown shopping area which
normally includes additional Halloween decorations to enjoy. The
storefront windows are often decked out in orange, black and
gold colored themes, and even the restaurants and clothing
boutiques carry seasonal items to celebrate this great holiday!
